OUR STORY
Vantage Group was founded by Andrew, Kyle, and Michael with a shared belief: business owners thrive faster and stronger when they are surrounded by the right people, training, and accountability.
Throughout our years of experience across multiple industries, each of us has been fortunate to learn from mentors who challenged us, invested in us, and helped us grow into better leaders and professionals. Those experiences shaped not only our businesses, but our mindset — and they showed us firsthand the power of intentional training and community.
Montana is an incredible place to live, work, and build a business. However, we have consistently seen a major gap for business owners who want to grow beyond where they are today. Opportunities for ongoing leadership development, real-world training, and access to professionals who have already walked the path successfully are limited. Too often, motivated entrepreneurs are left to figure things out on their own.
Vantage Group exists to change that.
Our monthly program is designed to bring together driven business owners in a structured environment that combines:

Our goal is not just short-term success, but long-term impact — building leaders who will become mentors, contributors, and examples for the next generation of Montana businesses.
Looking ahead, Vantage Group is also building toward a multi-day business summit that will bring experienced professionals, industry leaders, and top talent into our region. By doing so, we aim to expand opportunity, elevate thinking, and create momentum that benefits our local business community as a whole.

Kyle has also founded two thriving masterminds—one in Helena and one in Bozeman—focused on developing principled, purpose-driven men committed to truth, leadership, and impact. Rooted in his conviction that relationships are the greatest currency, Kyle builds communities where leaders grow themselves, elevate others, and invest in the next generation.
